Will Smith: a "student of world religion"?

On Access Hollywood, Will Smith tells it like it is:

“I’m a student of world religion,” Smith said. “I was raised in a Baptist household, I went to a Catholic school, but the ideas of the Bible are 98 percent the same ideas of Scientology, 98 percent the same ideas of Hinduism and Buddhism.”

Sigh. Well, now we know that our student failed at least two subjects: world religion and math.
